Q611F Pneumatic Three-Piece Ball Valve Introduction

The Q611F Pneumatic Three-Piece Ball Valve and Butt-Weld Ball Valve are suitable for pipelines with a pressure rating of PN1.0–4.0 MPa and operating temperatures ranging from -29°C to 180°C (with reinforced PTFE seals) or -29°C to 300°C (with PPL seals). They are used to shut off or regulate media flow in pipelines. Depending on material selection, they can handle water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, and various other media.

I. Features of Q611F Pneumatic Three-Piece Ball Valve

The pneumatic three-piece ball valve and butt-weld ball valve are available in one-piece (monoblock), two-piece, and three-piece designs.

The valve body is cast using advanced Taiwanese manufacturing techniques, ensuring optimal structure and aesthetic design.

Elastic sealing seat structure provides reliable sealing and smooth operation.

The bottom-mounted stem features a reverse-sealing design, preventing stem blowout in case of abnormal cavity pressure.

Two-piece and three-piece ball valves also offer butt-weld (BW) and socket-weld (SW) connections, with optional ISO-standard mounting pads and locking devices.

90° position limiting mechanism can be installed, along with lockable handles to prevent misoperation.

Drive options: Manual, electric, or pneumatic actuation.
